Delete your account

You can delete your Bracket account at any time from inside the app:

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab (or My profile if you are a provider).
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your name, photo, city and phone number, your provider profile if you have one, and the reviews you wrote. Your open requests are cancelled. This happens right away, and you can sign up again later with the same number as a new account.

Can't open the app?

Message us on WhatsApp from the number on your account and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 7 days: +96170805284
